The concept of Meal Couture was conceived in 2014, by a group of entrepreneurs, food specialists, teachers, dietitians, sports experts and health enthusiasts. The aim is to provide a totally different approach to healthy living.

 

Meal Couture’s mission is to offer healthy and tasty “tailor-made” food for a generation on the go and spread awareness about the importance of adopting good eating habits for a healthy living.

 

Meal Couture includes a group of specialists dedicated to offering a better alternative towards choosing a sustainable, healthy and fit regime.

 

We came up with the idea to create and deliver ready-to-eat packaged food that supplies your body with the necessary nutrients.
